Mozaic offers residential services in a comfortable and enriching home environment in which each individual is supported in realizing their maximum level of independence. Highly trained and dedicated staff assist individuals in learning skills related to community living in areas including financial management, personal health care, developing community relationships, household responsibilities, safety and much more.

Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA)

IRAs are 24-hour supervised group homes individually tailored to support people with diverse needs. With encouragement, individuals with developmental disabilities learn skills to become more independent and integrated in community life.

Integrated Supportive Housing

Supervised Housing is an option for individuals seeking to reach goals of moving to a supportive apartment setting. Agency staff is within the apartment building which is an integrated building. The staff assist with specific areas the individuals need to focus on to gain more independence to move on to a more independent apartment.
